Juneau to Sitka

Day 1. Start in Juneau anchor at No Name Bay. Kayaking, fishing and Dinner. Go up Tracy Arm. Watch for bears on shore.

Day 2. See Waterfalls and Sawer glacier. Leave Sawer Glacier and head for Admiralty Island. We will spend a few hours watching whales. We will anchor Gambier Bay. Guest can hike, fish, or kayak.

Day 3. We will head for the Brothers Island. The islands magical moss covered forest will enchant our guest. Wild life abounds around the islands. Guest will see Steller Sea Lions and humpback whales. We will anchor at Pybus Bay on Admiralty Island.

Day 4 Frederik Sound, Baranof Island offers our guest a view of the stunning ruggedness of the Island. Here we can fish for Salmon or halibut.

Day 5 Deep Cove Baranof is the best fishing of the trip. In the after noon we will head for Baranof Warm Springs. We will stay in Takatz Bay in the evening. Kayaking is great in the bay.

Day 6.We leave Takatz Bay and head north to Peril Strait. This is a good whale watching area. We will cruise up this scenic passage between Chicagof and Baranof Islands. We swill anchor in Kalinin Bay. This area offers great fishing and hiking.

Day 7. We will up anchor and head for Sitka. On the way we will visit sea otters around SCRAGGY Island. We will arrive in scenic Sitka in time for sight seeing.
